A little note to myself

You can’t see it now, but, if you continue with what you’re doing, soon you will. You’ll look lighter, feel lighter. Your hard work will be worth it. I promise. Everyone else will see it too. As each day passes and you lose more and more weight, people will notice you. At first, they won’t be able to put their finger on it as they’ve seen you every single day – they will just know something is different. Something is better.

So, please don’t be discouraged. Just because you can’t see the weight falling off pound by pound, does not mean it isn’t happening. Soon you will see it and so will the world.
It will all be worth it, I promise.

Being honest #33

I think it’s funny how no one would notice how tiny I was getting when i first started starving…like no one knew and I knew that I could get away with it…because I’ve always been invisible to everyone..

And here I am starving again after trying to do the recovery thing which made me feel terrible….and still…no one knows..but Oliver but he won’t tell anyone…I’ll always be invisible
