So, could this be what those kids Ayato found are?

image

Seeing as they seemed alone down there, are they maybe the result of “the king of the 24th ward sharing into the world his lifeforce itself”?

And since they call themselves “humans” despite having a kagune, wouldn’t it mean that there is in fact no distinction between humans and ghouls if “Kagune truly are the fruit of imagination, even life can be birthed from infinite chaos”? Especially since both humans and ghouls have Rc cells in the first place?

EDIT: is that also why…

some ghouls can literally “clone” themselves?

Guys… look, the Oggai bodies are empty inside, as if Kaneki ate all the Rc cells inside them, leaving only the outer shape of the body (bones and skin) intact.

So this could be what Furuta meant when it comes to life “being birthed from infinite chaos” => give those kids enough Rc cells to fill them and maybe they’ll be “alive” again.

That’s exactly how Donato’s and Uta’s cloning technique works => they take one small part of their body, having Rc cells, and that’s how they can apparently recreate an entire copy of themselves.

I really need to get caught up
