Thing I noticed in Ancient Magus Bride

Alright, so Elias has this little…issue in terms of animating him.

He’s got a skull for a face.

Basically, what this means is he’s gonna have trouble emoting. He doesn’t have much to actually move on his face besides his pupils and jaw and those kinda can’t actually do much, so he’s sorta sunk in terms of facial expressions beyond, “mouth open,” and,”mouth closed.”

And, yeah, you’ve got voice tone and other body language to get the message across, but someone decided to get creative and use the cant of his eye sockets to help him emote.

Just, check this crap out.
