These tofu noodles are a life saver!

Cooked them like this:

1 bag Tofu noodles 30 cals
2 cups Frozen veggies 80 cals
4 tbsp soya sauce- 20 cals
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce- 25 cals

155 cals for the entire thing!
Makes about 2 servings
