More ana tips
1) CELERY! It’s Really low in calories and cleans out intestine fat! Its extremely good for you AND Keps you alive.
2) coffee has 0cal and speeds up you metabolism! Which is super useful if you’ve been fasting and survival mode kicks in!
3) exercise and stretching IS SO GOOD FOR YOU, it will make you less stiff and burns more calories
4) CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO! Walking 25 mins a day makes a massive difference!
5) it won’t happen over night! Having patience and control will get you to where you wanna be !
6) don’t think of it as a “can’t have” situation think of it as a “won’t have” which gives you control!
7) when you are hungry do an activity such as : Drawing, painting, cleaning, reading, walking, yoga, talking with friends etc
8) apparently red makes you more hungry, and blue decreases hunger? I don’t know about this but give it a try!
9) Doing fun things, and keeping busy will distract you … BUT YOU NEED TO STAY SAFE, if you drive, or rock climb etc a fainting episode could be fatal JUST RESTRICT CALORIES DONT STOP Them
10) fasting for over 72 hours could be more bad than good… not eating for extending periods of time will give your metabolism a reason to stop working because it has nothing to work on! I suggest fast 2 time a week and make the left over days CALORIE RESTRICTED.
