also me: i’m so glad this poor boy was able to walk away from the city that caused him so much pain. he was able to let go of his revenge and anger and can now live untethered to no.6. staying and helping rebuild the city that took everything from him would be a disaster and it would cause him even more undue grief and im so happy he finally got to the point where he could see that and left when he could im so happy
