Yato feels blame from what happened to Ebisu. Although nothing can be done about Ebisu’s situation now, he wants to make sure he can make him feel better. Ebisu wasn’t a bad man with evil intent. On top of that, the episode contitnues with him ridding himself of Nora and wanting to make people happy. Yato has gone through a lot.. and this growth in character is definitely shining through
