I would like to apologise for my irrational behavior earlier, it was uncalled for and I need to start acting more mature and professional. I fixed my description back to the way it was before, I’m very sorry.

Please do not do this all at once or do all of them. (Especially the 1000 cal one) Workout at your own pace, don’t go over your body’s limit. Remember to drink water when working out and eat!!!!
You are allowed to grieve the years you lost to mental illness. You’re allowed to be mad that it happened to you. You’re allowed to pine after the person you might have been had it been different. But don’t let that get in the way of your growing into your new self and following a wholly new path for your life.
