The Answer to Ozpin’s Final Question

Ozpin’s question was:

“How do I destroy Salem?”

Jinn’s answer was:

“YOU can’t.”

Which most likely means Ozpin is not the one meant to defeat Salem, and everybody including Raven has misunderstood the meaning of her answer.

Genies are tricky folk after all, meaning she probably worded such an answer that way because she saw something Ozpin could not.

But we do know that the Silver Eyes, whatever their origin, are capable of destroying the creatures of Grimm, much like the God of Creation was so easily able to do with nothing more than light.

So… while Ozpin is not meant to defeat or destroy Salem… he has found the soul that is meant to.
