it’s like he knew either his freedom or his life had a fast approaching expiry date… like he just knew he had zero control over any of it and that he’d never fully escape them

and despite that paralyzing fear and knowing that they had it out for him, he jumped in headfirst into fights with the galra, risking everything, because he knew it was the right thing to do and either way, he would never run from a fight

but despite his bravery, his worst fears came true anyway and he’s stuck either in haggar’s grasp or in his own mind just like he knew he would be…

someone needs to save him already because he’s so good and kind and strong and he doesn’t deserve any of this!!!!!!!!! fuck
